Bangkok & Pattaya Multi-Day Adventure Tour Package

Gibbon Safari

2-Day Open Safari Experience & Flight of the Gibbon™ with Hotel Stay
Price: 5500 Baht/person (minimum booking 2 people)

Gibbon Safari is 2 days of fun and exciting activities at Flight of the Gibbon and the Khao Kheeo Open Safari.

Khao Kheeo Open Safari is a magnificent blend of forests, wild animals, bird aviary and responsible animal management. Sponsored by HM Queen Sirikit, the zoo has grown in size, scope and importance. Internationally recognized for its animal management and operations, the zoo has features that make it a great day trip for the entire family. More than 300 species and 8,000 animals populate the 5,000 rai (~2000 acre) sanctuary. Six of the newer residents of the zoo are rare white tigers exchanged by the Memphis Zoo in the USA.

Khao Kheow is described as a “wildlife bank” as many animals are on the endangered species list. The zoo is known for success in breeding some of these endangered animals. One such project is breeding the rare Clouded Leopard. Other endangered mammals at the zoo include the Asian Wild Dog, Malayan Tapir and tiger.

Rare Asian bird species draw bird watchers from around the world. A walk-though aviary has been built on a mountain slope and presents an appealing environment. The aviary is Asia’s second largest. Endangered bird species at the zoo include the Black Necked Stork and White Crested Laughing Thrush as two examples.

A Unique Look & Feel of Nature.

Children’s Zoo – has small animals and ecological systems mixed into a playground. The environment is designed to stimulate learning. Children can feel comfortable and appreciate nature plus interact with animals.

Night Safari – The safari consists of a guided 45 minute tram ride along a 3.5 km route through natural habitats. See animals such as the tapir, elephant, giraffe, llama, emu and numerous bird species. The tour includes a half-hour Animal Presentation, or talent show.

Wild Cats Park – was originally initiated by the Conservation Breeding Specialist Group (CBSG) under the International Union of Conservation for Nature (IUCN). The area of 40 acres has 48 species of wild cats in 8 enclosures. The habitats are desert, grasslands, woodlands, wetlands, rocks and mountain plus Thailand. Each area has species natural to the habitat.

Domestic house cats are presented in Thai architectural setting, while a “dark world tunnel” showcases small & medium-sized nocturnal felines which normally live in tunnels. A separate and spacious open area features the tigers.

Elephant Trekking – take a ride on this symbol of Thailand. The experience is unique. Also Available Souvenirs, film, food, auto tram, bicycle rental. You spend about 20 minutes riding one of these magnificent animals.

Flight of the Gibbon Zipline Adventure Tour

Flight of the Gibbon is nestled in the heart of one of Thailand’s best natural settings. On one side it is bordered by the 74,000 acre Chompoo Wildlife Sanctuary, which is home to some of Thailand’s most unique plant and animal life, and on the other side by the Khao Kheeo Open Safari, Thailand’s only “open safari.” The site allows visitors to experience the majesty of the forest while engaging in fun, low environmental-impact activities.

This is the capital’s first zip-line tour and adventure course, and sits amidst a diverse wildlife population, including giant squirrels, barking deer, macaques, and giant storks. It is also home to the more elusive gibbons, wild boar, bears, deer and hornbills.

The zip-line tour, Flight of the Gibbon, at over 3 kilometers, is the longest in Thailand and has 26 platforms. 1 zip-line stretches over 300 meters! The site offers spectacular ocean views to visitors as they “fly” through the rainforest canopy on a state-of-the-art, ultra-safe zip-line course.

The Tarzan Swing, unlike the ziplines on Flight of the Gibbon, has five parallel cables so that you and your friends or loved ones can “fly” side-by-side. It also features a suspended lanyard that causes a pendulum-like swing so that you can do your best Tarzan impression along the way!

Just like Flight of the Gibbon and Go Gibbon, the Tarzan swing is 100% safe and fun for adults and children alike. We provide you with a full-body harness and clip you onto the cable with double carabiners, assuring your flight is as secure as can be. You’ve never had a trip like this!

“Giving Back” – The Project

Our Goal is to plant 1,000,000 trees over the next 20 years. Initiated in 2008, we have planted 7,200 flourishing plants in the rainforest so far.

Our" Village Green" program supports local villages by keeping roads clean, preserving. Thai culture and rainforest tree planting. We also support a very successful wildlife re-population program involving many native species.

We are partnering with the Thai Government so we can do the ultimate good... preserving Thailand’s precious eco-system.

We educate everyone about the rain forest eco-system. More than 1000 children per year, (mostly orphans and under privileged children) fly each year free of charge. Another 2000 children fly for a modest fee. Education and wildlife awareness are our major goals.
