“Giving Back” – The Project

Our Goal is to plant 1,000,000 trees over the next 20 years. Initiated in 2008, we have planted 18,500 flourishing plants in the rainforest so far.

Our" Village Green" program supports local villages by keeping roads clean, preserving. Thai culture and rainforest tree planting. We also support a very successful wildlife re-population program involving many native species.

We are partnering with the Thai Government so we can do the ultimate good... preserving Thailand’s precious eco-system.

We educate everyone about the rain forest eco-system. More than 1000 children per year, (mostly orphans and underprivileged children) fly each year free of charge. Another 2000 children fly for a modest fee. Education and wildlife awareness are our major goals.

Bangkok & Pattaya Tours Frequently Asked Questions

  • What to wear?

We suggest wearing pants or long shorts and T-shirt or polo shirt. Sports shoes or other shoes that will not drop off easily are highly recommended. Please avoid excessive or dangling jewelry. It’s a good idea to bring a camera to catch the action! Backpacks and sunglasses are an unnecessary burden and there are storage facilities in the office when you arrive. It’s also good to bring an open mind and a smile...See you in the treetops!

  • How long does it take?

It depends on the tour, but plan on around 8-9 hours round-trip. This includes transportation, eating, getting geared up, and the ziplines. You are up in the treetops for several hours. We will get you back to the city in time to have a great dinner.

  • Do you have availability on the dates I am coming?

Probably. As long as you are booking a few days in advance, we can usually accommodate you. We are open every day of the year. We ask that you book at least 1 day in advance.

  • Do you do hotel pickup in Bangkok?

We would love to pick you up at your hotel like we do in Chiang Mai or Pattaya. However, if we did that you would never make it out of the city! With the size and traffic in Bangkok, it just isn't practical. There are 2 pickup points in the city: Kaosorn Rd (Bangkok Tourist Center) and Sukhumvit, Soi 1 (Ariyasom Villa Hotel).

Note: If you have at least 7 people in your group we can send a van(s) to your designated pick-up point.

  • What about hotel pickup in Pattaya?

Pattaya is small enough that we are able to pick you up at your hotel. Just tell us your hotel (Jomtien, South, Central or North Pattay) and room number.

  • What's included in the price for the Bangkok/Pattaya Tour?

We pick you up from either pickup point in Bangkok or your hotel in Pattaya with aircon VIP transport and take you to the Khao Kheeo Open Safari located in Chonburi. There you will spend several hours, rigged securely, high up in the rainforest canopy, flying from tree platform to tree platform on ziplines. Afterwards, we provide a delicious Thai meal (includes vegetarian options). Afterwords you can explore the zoo or be taken back to the city.

  • I need to change my date! Is that ok?

Yes of course you can but please kindly advise us several days in advance.

  • I'm not sure about some of the details. Should I still use the booking form?

Don't worry, we're flexible. Just put in your best guesses about number of people and dates. We will contact you within 24-48 hours and at that time we can discuss any questions.

  • Can children go?

Absolutely. There is not a minimum age but we do have a minimum height of 1 meter (3 feet 3 inches) tall to fit in the harness properly. Young children are often taken in tandem with a guide.

  • Is there a discount for kids?

There are no discounts for children as although we love to have them - they often require extra care from our staff. But this is definitely a family-friendly adventure!

  • How fit or athletic do we need to be to do the zipline tour?

It's exciting, but not physically demanding. The Go Gibbon experience requires more agility and fitness, but most people should be fine. Please see our video to get a sense of what is required.

  • What is the maximum weight?

The maximum weight we allow is 130 kg (286 lbs). However, our zip lines and rigging systems are engineered to hold much more than this and greatly exceed international standards.

  • How safe is it?

Very safe. You are led by experienced guides who ensure you are properly connected to the safety equipment at all times. We are the only canopy adventure in Thailand designed, built and overseen by international experts with more than 20 years of experience. We spend considerable time and money for ongoing guide safety training.

  • We already have a car. Can we drive ourselves?

If you are in the Bangkok & Pattaya area, then yes. Our tours are located at the Khao Kheeo Open Safari in Chonburi and is not far and relatively easy to find. See our map from Bangkok to Chonburi and Pattaya to Chonburi.

Gibbon Talk: Eco-Educational Facts

Gibbon Talk Gibbons can fly through the jungle at up to 35 miles per hour, swing through jungle gaps of 50 feet, and rarely descend to the ground. They defend their family’s territory by a loud, haunting call that travels for miles. Poachers often track these calls to locate gibbons. There are 15 species of gibbons, and all but one species are listed as endangered or critically endangered. 10% of your tour goes towards efforts to protect the gibbons and their environment.
